Farewell Letter from Meredith Ayan

With my heart full of gratitude, the time has come for me to end my tenure with this incredible organization after 11 years. My last day as Executive Director is June 15th; Beyond that I will remain forever a friend of SPCA International and an animal advocate. To every person who has been involved with SPCA International during my time with the organization, none of the accomplishments of the past years would have been possible without your support.

Thank you to everyone who donated to support these incredible animal welfare partner organizations.

SPCA International has supported numerous education initiatives, but beginning now, we will dedicate one grant each month specifically for educational programs. We are thrilled to launch this initiative with a grant to Sava’s Safe Haven and look forward to supporting education initiatives across the globe each month. The Sava’s Safe Haven program is an excellent example of using education to make the world a better, safer place for animals. They are truly changing the future one child at a time.

World Pet Memorial Day is a day set aside for just that reason. It is a day to reflect, honor, and celebrate the love shared with pets who have passed.
