SPCA International partner shelter, BETA Lebanon, received an eviction notice in 2018 that put them on a path to build a state-of-the-art shelter to house the over 800 animals in their care. Today, the finishing touches are being added to this innovative shelter, but we are excited to announce that the “Senior Sanctuary” supported by SPCA International is complete and the dogs have moved in!
