Last month we shared the sudden news that the CDC would be banning dogs coming from over 100 countries. We asked for the help of the SPCA International community to help our team expedite travel plans for seventeen pups in our Operation Baghdad Pups: Worldwide program. Thanks to many generous supporters, these pups made it to the U.S. ahead of July 14th, when the ban took effect.
