Read health articles, books and watch documentaries to learn more about a plant based lifestyle and the reasoning behind it.
Find Plant-Based Alternatives
If you love ice cream, try a coconut or cashew based option instead. Figure out which plant-based burger you like the best, there are now a plethora of options. If you love pancakes, find a restaurant that offers vegan options or seek a recipe you can make at home.
