Project KTMO, a 5-day, free clinic providing veterinary care to animals on base at Guantanamo Bay, has wrapped up! We’re thrilled to report that it went amazingly, and we were able to help even more people and animals than before! It feels great to be able to support the military community, and we are so thankful to our coalition partners for helping us make this project a reality.
Over the past ten years, our Operation Military Pets (OMP) program has been a lifeline for more than 1,000 military families who received Permanent Change of Address orders. By providing these families with financial aid to help them move their beloved pets, we have ensured that more families stay together and fewer animals end up in shelters. We are so proud of what we have accomplished so far, and we are excited to announce that our program is getting bigger and better!
