SPCAI and Blueberry Pet recently teamed up to create the Compassion set, featuring a specially designed pattern with a brightly colored sun, leaves, and the word “Compassion.” The set includes a bandana, a classic scrunchie and a bow scrunchie, letting you team up with your pet to help animals everywhere.
SPCA International is honored and proud to have reached the milestone of 2,000 grants awarded to keep pets with their military pet parents, even when costly pet transport is involved to overseas duty locations. These are just a few of the recent families we have kept together.
I think we are all in agreement that 2020 has already been quite a year. In January, I expected a year that would be much like 2019, just with a stronger ability to reach more animals in need. As always, we budgeted and planned for disaster response, but I had no idea how much of our efforts would be focused on disasters this year. Thank you to everyone who supports our work. Our hearts are broken for the people of Beirut. The recent explosion there killed hundreds of people and injured thousands. Fortunately, SPCA International’s partner organization BETA Lebanon sprung into immediate action to care for animals in the wake of this disaster.
When 12 year old Lev’s dog Mojo lost his dog tag during the COVID-19 lockdown, Lev made him a new one with his 3-D printer and an idea was born. Lev had the idea to print more dog tags and donate the proceeds. He started researching animal welfare groups and loved what he saw about SPCA International. Now, 10% of all proceeds from Lev’s dog tag sales will be generously donated to SPCA International. Order yours today!
