The mission of SPCA International is simple but vast: to advance the safety and well-being of animals.
Over the past two months the SPCA International community stepped up quickly with critical financial support to transport two dogs – Syri and Rubble – to the U.S. Thanks to that support, both dogs are now reunited with their battle buddies.
