Chevaux sans abri (C.S.A.) is an equine-based organization located in the Wattrelos, France. Founded in 2012, CSA has worked to protect the neglected and poorly treated horses, donkeys and ponies in their area.
C.S.A. has worked with local authorities to build a platform that allows and encourages the public to report abuse. With their 4 volunteers C.S.A. addresses emergency situations and provides any necessary medical treatment. Since it’s inception CSA has rescued more than 20 horses.
SPCA International is pleased to assist Chevaux sans abri in the purchase of a second vehicle so that they can expand their amazing outreach.
