Their Work

Founded over 140 years ago the Royal Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals (RSPCA South Australia) has been working to prevent cruelty and neglect to all animals through advocacy and action.

The RSPCA South Australia works tirelessly for the 8000+ animals they help every year. No animal is too big or too small, from exotics to livestock.  RSCPA South Australia sees them all. Through humane education, government advocacy, enforcing the Animal Welfare Act 1985, rescue and rehabilitation RSPA South Australia is making strides to improve animal welfare.

SPCA International thrilled to support RSPCA South Australia as they provide relief efforts on Kangaroo Island in response to the devasting bush fires.
