On the Ground in Australia Bushfires, Providing Water for Wildlife

Because of your generous outpouring of support we were able to immediately start working with local animal rescue groups in Australia to start caring for wildlife.

In Australia’s Yanchep National Park, volunteer animal rescuers deliver water for any wildlife that survived the devastating bushfires. The volunteers fill fresh buckets of water to be left for the wildlife. This is the only access to water the animals have in this scorched landscape.

Thanks to our donors, SPCA International is rushing funding to small volunteer-run groups like this, so they can meet the needs of more bushfire victims.
