Their Work

Founded in 2017, PAWSecond Chance Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring every unwanted or homeless pet has a safe place to go for shelter and care. PAWS primarily receives intakes through owner surrender situations but also rescues strays, and assists with overflow from other facilities in the area when the need arises. Although PAWSecond Chance Rescue only houses dogs, their PAWS Pals program helps local residents who are income-restricted spay/neuter and vaccinate their pets (both cats and dogs).

After hearing of the incredible work PAWSecond Chance Rescue is doing, SPCA International wanted to lend them a helping hand so that they could rescue more animals in need.
