HOW COULD SOMEONE HURT A DOG LIKE THIS?

Marvin was brutally injured. Some evil person burned and beat him within an inch of his life. Then they left him in agony to die of his wounds. The cruelty is unimaginable. Even though Marvin has been rescued from this terrible person, his life is still at risk.
