They Won't Survive Alone
Every hour these animals stay in a war zone, their lives are in danger. Many have already died from violence, hunger, and harsh weather. If we don’t act quickly, more innocent animals could lose their lives too.
They cannot survive on their own. Every day they are left behind is a battle just to stay alive. But we have the power to change that and give them the safety they deserve.
They stood beside our troops. Now it’s our turn to stand up for them.
When U.S. servicemembers deploy overseas, they often meet stray cats and dogs struggling to survive in harsh conditions. Many of these animals face extreme weather, scarce food, and constant danger. Still, they form powerful bonds with the soldiers who care for them.
That’s what happened with a small cat named Guru.
From the moment he ran up to a deployed soldier, purring and asking for attention, a connection was formed. She did everything she could to protect him, even when keeping him safe wasn’t easy.
Through our program, Guru was rescued, cared for, and safely transported to the United States — where he was reunited with the soldier who refused to leave him behind.
Guru’s story is just one of many.
Right now, other cats and dogs are waiting for the same chance. With your support, we can rescue vulnerable animals overseas, provide veterinary care and safe shelter, and reunite them with the servicemembers who love them.
Your gift makes these lifesaving reunions possible.
Help us bring more heroes home.
