    Dog Rescue Romania is thrilled with the recent shipment of veterinary supplies sent by SPCA International. The sterile supplies and medications will help them treat sick and wounded animals and will allow them to spay and neuter dozens of dogs and cats, so more animals don’t have to suffer.
