Thousands of dogs and cats are lost or surrendered every year and end up in shelters facing imminent death.  In order to help these animals, SPCA International supports shelters across the U.S. and around the world in its efforts to improve animal adoption rates, provide more spay and neuter services and lower the animal euthanasia rates.
