Meet Toby, one lucky dog and another great Operation Baghdad Pups success!  Toby, a six month old yellow lab mix, recently made it to Houston after making a long trip from Iraq.  His journey from overseas to the Bayou City includes a heartwarming gesture by U.S. troops and lots of challenges for Operation Baghdad Pups and Red Collar Rescue of Houston.  Watch local news reports about Toby's rescue and homecoming.
